By creating a Pltly account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pltly.
You must be 13 or older to use Pltly.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up. Tell us at pltly@noahmitchem.com if you think someone else is using your account.
Do not post or do any of the following on Pltly:
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the app or its servers.
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant us permission to store and display your content to the people you have chosen to show it to, so that the app can function.
Pltly gives every user tools to report content, mute accounts, and block accounts.
We review reports of objectionable content and act within 24 hours, removing content that violates these terms and removing the users who posted it. We may remove content or suspend accounts without notice when these terms are broken.
Pltly is a tracking and social tool. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance. Talk to a physician or a qualified coach before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have an injury or a medical condition.
Lifting carries a genuine risk of injury. You train at your own risk. Nothing Pltly shows you — a suggested weight, a program, a streak, or a percentile — is an instruction to do something your body is not ready for.
Strength percentiles, one-rep-max figures, and similar calculations are statistical estimates derived from what you log. They are approximations for your own interest, not measurements, and they should not be treated as precise.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.
Pltly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that your data will always be available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pltly, including lost data or injuries sustained while training.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will say so in the app or by email. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
